The mixture was stirred for 48 hours. After evaporation, the residue was dissolved in ethyl acetate and the resulting solution was washed with an aqueous solution of potassium carbonate. The organic solution was dried over MgS04 and was evaporated. Yield : 7.42 g (95%) of intermediate 44 (CI-MS : 262 [M+H]+).
