The suspension was diluted with H2O (3 mL), and the precipitated solid was collected by filtration, washed with minimum DCM and Et2O, and dried in vacuo to give the title compound (57 mg, 68%) as a white solid.1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) delta 10.39 (s, 1H), 8.48 (s, 1H), 8.36 (s, 1H), 7.60 (s, 2H), 6.90 (d, J = 1.2 Hz, 1H), 2.71 (s, 3H), 2.61 (s, 3H), 2.60 (s, 3H). ES-MS m/z: 322.0 [M+H]+. HPLC Purity (214 nm): >98%; tR = 8.17 min.
